The Company
liprocon GmbH is a service provider in the building sector.
In March 2003 the company was founded by its Managing Director Andreas Lippert, graduate architect and member of the German Association of Master Builders, Architects and Engineers (BDB).
Our range of services addresses both investors and private builders.
In your building project your targets are our targets. As service provider we give this principle top priority.
To bring it down to a small denominator: These targets comprise a consistent and smooth realisation of your building project within the predefined period of time and budget frame combined with utmost quality of execution. That is what we strive for in your interest.
liprocon works throughout the Federal Republic of Germany, if required, also embedded in a network of specialists and engineering offices.
The Managing Director Andreas Lippert has gained a long-term experience in the fields of project management and controlling and has specialised on project development, professional support regarding zoning and building regulations and contracting.
As building owner you will thus always be professionally supported in the realisation of your real-estate business.
